Hi, we are Marie & Ryan - the founding team of ENABLIT.
We met in 2012 through our work together at Zalando. We see ourselves as managers with a broad portfolio of practical experience. In addition, we are BDVT-certified New Work Facilitators. ENABLIT aims to make the world of work lovable again. As experienced managers from a scale-up organization, we would like to pass on our knowledge to organizations and managers so that they can better prepare for the challenges of the future.
To achieve this, we work with a network of great experts so that we can always incorporate different perspectives into our projects. By working directly with organizations, their managers and teams, we learn something new every day. This is where we get our enthusiasm & Hope for a working world that strengthens people instead of weakening them.
