This leadership model gives your first time leaders an orientation on what leadership should mean in your organization. We accompany your leadership team in internalizing the model and successfully transferring it into your own practice. Together with the team, we explore individual strengths and talents, identify areas for development and develop practical strategies so that your managers can act confidently and successfully.

Specifically, this can include:​

  • Analysis workshop with the management level & key functions of your organization

  • Individual interviews and/or focus groups with your team members

  • Methodical development of the mleadership model (various workshop formats)

  • 1-on-1 sparring for your managers throughout the entire process
