IMPROVE IT

An important element of good work is the actual work processes. We will check with you where your processes have potential for optimization so that work processes can be made more smoothly.

Are you having difficulty identifying and optimizing inefficient processes?
Does your organization lack a culture of continuous improvement?
Would you like to make work processes more effective and efficient?

Optimizing processes and establishing a culture of continuous improvement are crucial to the long-term success of an organization. Inefficient processes can waste time, resources and money, while a lack of a culture of continuous improvement can hinder innovation and competitiveness. By identifying and optimizing processes and creating an environment in which employees proactively strive for improvement, organizations can improve performance and ensure long-term success.

In addition, smooth workflows, ideally supported by technology and digital solutions, help employees to concentrate their time and skills on essential, value-adding activities. This in turn enables a positive working atmosphere.

Our approach:

At IMPROVE IT, we focus on helping organizations optimize their processes and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Our approach includes a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficient operations. We then work closely with the teams to develop and implement opportunities for improvement. We offer training and workshops to raise awareness of continuous improvement and support managers in creating an environment in which employees can openly give feedback and actively drive change.

4-phase model - We go through the process optimization work in 4 common phases:

  1. "Discovery" workshops for the targeted determination and documentation of the "as-is" state of your process landscape

  2. "Define" workshops/meetings to identify optimization potential

  3. "Design" workshops to develop ideas for process optimization & target image ("to-be" state)

  4. "Deliver" project work to implement the optimization ideas

Introduction of a continuous improvement culture (CIP) - possible contents:

  • In-depth analysis of the organization to determine its location

  • Development of a CIP target image

  • Development of an action plan to empower the organization

    • Workshops & training for employees

    • Mentoring & support of key profiles/teams by our experts

    • Introduction of digital solutions to facilitate continuous process optimization
